The QEL9927L-NL-05-F 3 US10 RHR is a Von Duprin 99 Series Surface Vertical Rod exit device with L-05 Lever trim in Satin Bronze (US10/612), sized for 3' doors. Night Latch function — Lever locks and unlocks by key from outside, always free from inside. UL listed for up to 3-hour fire-rated openings. Electrified model with Quiet Electric Latch Retraction (QEL). No cylinder required — night latch engages automatically.
