The QEL9957L-BE-12 4 US28 LHR is a Von Duprin 9957 Series Surface Three Point Latch exit device with L-12 Lever trim in Anodized Aluminum (US28/628), sized for 4' doors. Classroom Function — outside lever is locked until unlocked by key, relocks automatically when door closes. Ships less cylinder — order a mortise cylinder separately to match your existing keyway.
Quiet Electric Latch Retraction — QEL motor-driven latch retraction provides quiet, ADA-compliant remote unlocking. 24VDC power required.
ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified. Hex key dogging standard. Factory set LHR, field reversible.
