The Von Duprin RX7847WDCEO-F-US4-3 is a concealed vertical rod exit device that hides the rods inside the door stile for a clean, unobstructed look. Exit Only — push bar operation from inside only, no outside trim. Free egress from inside. No cylinder required for this function.
The 7847 provides top-and-bottom latching with nothing visible on the door face — the cleanest option for pairs of storefront glass doors. Available in 3-foot width. This is a handed device — verify LHR or RHR before ordering. UL listed for fire exit hardware — no mechanical dogging on fire-rated models. ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified.

The rods hide inside the door stile, so nothing shows on the face of the door. But concealed rods need precise alignment — if the door sags even 1/8 inch, the top rod won't engage the header strike.
