The RX9957L-DT-17-F 3 US28 LHR is a Von Duprin 9957 Series Surface Three Point Latch exit device with L-17 Lever trim in Anodized Aluminum (US28/628), sized for 3' doors. Dummy Trim — non-functional outside pull for appearance. Provides a handle on the outside without any latch control. No cylinder required for this function.
Request to Exit — Request to Exit switch signals the access control system when the exit device is activated. 24VDC.
Fire Rated — UL listed for use on fire-rated openings. Mechanical dogging is deleted per UL code on fire-rated models. Field-reversible handing.
Pro-Tip from Our Locksmiths: When servicing a 9957 three-point latch, check all three latch points independently. A misaligned top or bottom bolt can cause the whole device to bind. Adjust strikes one at a time, starting with the rim latch, then top, then bottom.
