The RX9975L-DT-03-F 3 US3 LHR is a Von Duprin 9975 Series Mortise Lock exit device with L-03 Lever trim in Bright Brass (US3/605), sized for 3' doors. Dummy Trim — non-functional outside pull for appearance. Provides a handle on the outside without any latch control. No cylinder required for this function.
Request to Exit — Request to Exit switch signals the access control system when the exit device is activated. 24VDC.
Fire Rated — UL listed for use on fire-rated openings. Mechanical dogging is deleted per UL code on fire-rated models. Field-reversible handing.

On retrofit jobs, verify the existing mortise prep is compatible with Von Duprin's 9975 body dimensions. A Schlage L-series prep is close but not identical — don't assume cross-compatibility.
