The Sargent RXLC-8270-24V-LNJ-4 is a Fail Safe function mortise lock from the 8200 Series — Sargent's flagship commercial mortise platform that's been trusted on schools, hospitals, office buildings, and government facilities for decades. Fail Safe electric operation wired for 24VDC from your access control panel, card reader, or keypad system. The lock retracts the latch automatically when power is cut — code-required on fire-rated egress doors.
This one comes with LN Rose, J Lever in Satin Brass — the 04 finish making a huge comeback in commercial design. Popular on boutique hotels, upscale office buildings, and any project where the architect wants warm tones.
