The XP98TP-F-US28-3 is a Von Duprin XP98 Series Extra Protection rim exit device with Thumbpiece trim in Aluminum, sized for 3 Foot doors. Thumbpiece Trim — Night Latch function. Outside thumbpiece locked/unlocked by key, always free from inside. Ships less cylinder — order a mortise cylinder separately to match your existing keyway.
ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified. UL listed for up to 3-hour fire-rated door assemblies. Hex key dogging standard. Field reversible handing.
