The Sargent 2870-65G37-KB-03 is a 6500 cylindrical lock with Classroom function in Bright Brass (US3/605). Outside lever locked until unlocked by key, relocks automatically when door closes. Inside always free. Grade 2 certified (ANSI/BHMA A156.2).
Ships prepped for a Small Format Interchangeable Core (SFIC) with a plastic disposable construction core (70- option) — the permanent SFIC core is not included. Order your SFIC (Best-style) core separately to match your key system; it drops into the figure-8 housing with a control key for an instant rekey without removing the lock.
