The Ives 3PB1 is a 3-knuckle plain bearing full-mortise butt hinge measuring 3-1/2" x 3-1/2". It mortises into the edge of the door and the frame rabbet, carrying standard weight swinging doors on interior and exterior openings. Plain-bearing construction suits lower-frequency residential and light-commercial doors where heavy cycling is not expected. Finish: Satin Brass. Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.1.
