Product Description

The BEST 45HZ7TV15KP626 is a Grade 1 heavy-duty standalone electronic keypad mortise lock from BEST's EZ Series. It puts pushbutton access control on a single opening with no wiring, no network, and no software — codes are programmed at the keypad and the lock runs on batteries. Built on the proven BEST 45H mortise body, it is made to take real commercial-door abuse.

This model is the TV function — deadbolt with key override. A valid keypad code (or the mechanical key/turn override) retracts the deadbolt and latch together; the inside lever always retracts both for free egress. The 15 lever is the contour design with angle return, so the lever tail returns close to the door face.

Sold less core. The 7 in the model number is the 7-pin SFIC housing — it accepts all BEST 7-pin small-format interchangeable cores, but no core is included. You supply (or order separately) a BEST 7-pin core plus its keying and cut keys for the key-override side. Ordering the housing without a core is the standard way this lock ships; the price below is the electronic mortise unit, not a keyed core.
