The Sargent 55-NB8773F-RHR-4 is a Grade 1 surface vertical rod exit device from the 80 Series for 36" openings with Fail Safe function.

This device is Right Hand Reverse. Exit devices are HANDED and cannot be reversed in the field. Stand outside the door facing it: hinges on the left = Left Hand, hinges on the right = Right Hand. If the door swings toward you, add "Reverse." Verify your handing before ordering.
