The Ives 5PB1 is a 5-knuckle plain bearing full-mortise butt hinge measuring 3-1/2" x 3-1/2". It mortises into the edge of the door and the frame rabbet, carrying standard weight swinging doors on interior and exterior openings. Plain-bearing construction suits lower-frequency residential and light-commercial doors where heavy cycling is not expected. Finish: Satin Nickel. Supplied with non-removable pin (NRP) for added security on out-swinging doors. Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.1.
