Thumbturn inside locks and unlocks the outside lever. Key outside retracts the latchbolt, overriding the thumbturn. Key does not lock the outside lever, only unlocks it. Inside lever always retracts the latchbolt. Outside lever unlocks when the door closes or the inside lever is used.

This one comes with LE1 Escutcheon, L Lever in Satin Chrome — the 26D finish you see on 90% of commercial jobs because it hides fingerprints, resists wear, and matches every other piece of hardware in the building. When in doubt, 26D is the safe bet.
The L lever is Sargent's straight-design commercial lever — clean lines, ADA compliant, gets the job done without drawing attention to itself. The lever that disappears into the building.
