Product Description
The Sargent 70-485-10B is a 480 Series deadbolt in Oil Rubbed Bronze (US10B/613). Features a full 1" hardened steel throw bolt for maximum security on commercial doors.
Pro-Tip from Our Locksmiths: On fire-rated openings, verify your local AHJ requirements for deadbolts. Many jurisdictions restrict deadbolts on egress doors — consider a classroom or storeroom function mortise lock instead.
