The Accentra ARR8809FL-618-LH-LC is a 8800FL Series mortise lock in the Classroom or Office function with the Arcadia lever in a Bright Nickel finish. This is genuine Accentra hardware — the commercial line formerly known as Yale — so locksmiths who still spec it as "Yale" are looking at the right lock. Classroom function locks and unlocks the outside lever by key from the corridor; the inside lever is always free for egress. Built on the 8800FL heavy-duty mortise chassis, it carries an ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 rating for high-traffic commercial and institutional openings.
