The Accentra ARR8823FL-626-RH-LC is a 8800FL Series mortise lock in the Storeroom function with the Arcadia lever in a Satin Chrome finish. This is genuine Accentra hardware — the commercial line formerly known as Yale — so locksmiths who still spec it as "Yale" are looking at the right lock. In storeroom/closet function the outside lever is always locked and key-access-only, while the inside lever always allows free egress.
