This is genuine Accentra hardware — the commercial line formerly known as Yale — so locksmiths who still spec it as "Yale" are looking at the right lock. In storeroom/closet function the outside lever is always locked and key-access-only, while the inside lever always allows free egress. Built on the 8800FL heavy-duty mortise chassis, it carries an ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 rating for high-traffic commercial and institutional openings.
