This is genuine Accentra hardware — the commercial line formerly known as Yale — so locksmiths who still spec it as "Yale" are looking at the right lock. Asylum/institution function keeps both levers locked and key-operated on each side for controlled, high-security rooms. Built on the 8800FL heavy-duty mortise chassis, it carries an ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 rating for high-traffic commercial and institutional openings.
