The Accentra B-MO5418LN-620 is a 5400LN Series cylindrical lever lock in the Classroom Security function with the Monroe lever. This is genuine Accentra hardware — the commercial line formerly known as Yale — so locksmiths who still spec it as "Yale" are looking at the right lock. Classroom-security function lets a teacher lock the outside lever from inside the room with a key, without ever opening the door into a threat. The 5400LN is a Grade 1 heavy-duty cylindrical (bored) lockset engineered for the abuse of schools, offices, and healthcare corridors. It ships prepped for a small format interchangeable core (SFIC), so you can key it into an existing SFIC system without replacing the lock.
