The Arrow BM13 is a Grade 1 front door function mortise lock — deadbolt controlled by key from outside and thumbturn inside. Latchbolt operated by lever from either side at all times. This is the classic front door setup — you always have lever access in and out, and the deadbolt gives you real security when you lock up.

Ventura lever on L Rose in 630 satin stainless. Fits standard 1-3/4" doors, 2-3/4" backset, field reversible. Conventional 6-pin cylinder included. ANSI A156.13 Series 1000, UL listed for 3-hour fire doors.
