The CD9927NL-OP-313-3 is a Von Duprin 9927 Series Surface Vertical Rod exit device in Dark Bronze (313/313), sized for 3' doors. Night Latch with Optional Pull — outside lever locks and unlocks by key with optional pull handle. Inside always free for egress. Ships less cylinder — order a mortise cylinder separately to match your existing keyway.
Controlled Dismiss — Controlled Dismiss — electrically locks and unlocks the exit device from a remote location. 24VDC.
ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified. Hex key dogging standard. Field reversible handing.
Pro-Tip from Our Locksmiths: Surface rods take more abuse than concealed rods because they're exposed. On high-traffic openings, check rod guides and bottom bolt alignment on every service call. A loose rod guide is the #1 cause of 9927 field failures — five-minute fix that prevents a callback.
