Classroom Function — outside lever is locked until unlocked by key, relocks automatically when door closes. Ships less cylinder — order a mortise cylinder separately to match your existing keyway.
Controlled Dismiss — Controlled Dismiss — electrically locks and unlocks the exit device from a remote location. 24VDC.
ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified. Hex key dogging standard. Factory set LHR, field reversible.
Pro-Tip from Our Locksmiths: When servicing a 9957 three-point latch, check all three latch points independently. A misaligned top or bottom bolt can cause the whole device to bind. Adjust strikes one at a time, starting with the rim latch, then top, then bottom.
