The CD9975L-313-4-LHR is a Von Duprin 9975 Series Mortise Lock exit device in Dark Bronze (313/313), sized for 4' doors. Classroom Function — outside lever is locked until unlocked by key, relocks automatically when door closes. Ships less cylinder — order a mortise cylinder separately to match your existing keyway.
Controlled Dismiss — Controlled Dismiss — electrically locks and unlocks the exit device from a remote location. 24VDC.
ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified. Hex key dogging standard. Factory set LHR, field reversible.
Pro-Tip from Our Locksmiths: Mortise lock exit devices (9975) require a mortise pocket prepped into the door edge. On retrofit jobs, verify the existing mortise prep is compatible with Von Duprin's 9975 body dimensions. A Schlage L-series prep is close but not identical — don't assume cross-compatibility.
