The CXA99L-DT-03 4 3 RHR is a Von Duprin 99 Series Rim exit device with L-03 Lever trim in Bright Brass (US3/605), sized for 4' doors. Dummy Trim — non-functional outside pull for appearance. Provides a handle on the outside without any latch control. No cylinder required for this function.
Chexit Alarm — Chexit delayed egress alarm — provides a 15-second delay with audible alarm before allowing exit. 24VDC.
ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified. Hex key dogging standard. Factory set RHR, field reversible.
