A door that whistles or leaks air at the head is almost always missing real gasketing at the frame — foam tape doesn't hold up under a parallel arm closer's constant contact. The Pemko 2891AS is heavy duty solid perimeter gasketing built for exactly that spot: an aluminum retainer with a Pemko Prene silicone insert that seals the head section and still gives the closer arm a clean mounting surface.
