The Schlage L9080P-12N-606-LH is the L Series Storeroom Lock (ANSI F07, Grade 1) in Satin Brass (US4), built on the mortise case that has been the benchmark for commercial door hardware for decades. Key cylinder outside with lever; lever only inside; latchbolt and deadlocking auxiliary latch. Storerooms, supply closets, IT and mechanical rooms, and any opening that must stay locked at all times against the corridor. The outside lever is permanently fixed so the door is always secure; entry is by key only, exit is always free.

Inside: Latchbolt retracted by the inside lever. Inside lever always free for immediate egress.
