The LD9827K-US3-3 is a Von Duprin 9827 Series Surface Vertical Rod exit device in Bright Brass (US3/605), sized for 3' doors. Knob Trim — outside knob for keyed entry. Night latch function. Ships less cylinder — order a mortise cylinder separately to match your existing keyway.
Latch Detector — Latch Detector monitors door position — reports latch bolt status to the access control panel. 24VDC.
ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 certified. Hex key dogging standard. Field reversible handing.
