The Falcon MA371BD-AG-606 is a Grade 1 mortise lever lock - the commercial workhorse Falcon builds for schools, healthcare, and institutional doors. A heavy-duty chassis and vandal-resistant trim stand up to abuse, and it installs on standard mortise prep.
Store Door function: keyed on both sides with a deadlocking latch - a storefront and tenant-door function controlled by key from either side.
Independently certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.13 Series 1000 Grade 1 - the top durability tier for the chassis.
