The Falcon MA381P-LTG-605 is a Grade 1 mortise lever lock - the commercial workhorse Falcon builds for schools, healthcare, and institutional doors. A heavy-duty chassis and vandal-resistant trim stand up to abuse, and it installs on standard mortise prep.

Apartment function: keyed outside with an inside turn-button hold and key override, sized for multi-family and corridor entrances.
