The Accentra MOR8824FL-606 is a 8800FL Series mortise lock in the Hold Back function with the Monroe lever in a Satin Brass finish. This is genuine Accentra hardware — the commercial line formerly known as Yale — so locksmiths who still spec it as "Yale" are looking at the right lock. Hold-back function lets the latch be held retracted for periods of free passage, then released to relatch. Built on the 8800FL heavy-duty mortise chassis, it carries an ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 rating for high-traffic commercial and institutional openings.
