He replaced it with this B1414SE — a compact top-loading depository safe with a Securam electronic lock that fits right under the counter. Employees drop cash through the narrow slot all day, and the anti-fish baffle plate makes it impossible to reach back in once the money goes through. Manager opens it at close with a 4-digit code.
