Product Description
09-454 LATB 619 Schlage L Series Trim Pack with Latitude Lever, B-Rose, Satin Nickel Finish, Field Reversible
Replacing damaged trim on a heavy-duty mortise lock is one of those jobs where ordering the wrong part costs you a return trip. The L9000 mortise lock body lives inside the door for fifteen or twenty years; the lever, rose, and escutcheon trim on the outside takes the daily wear and tear. When the lever droops or the finish wears through, you do not need a whole new lock — you need the matching trim pack for the lock body that is already in the door. The 09-454 LATB 619 is the trim-pack-only kit with Latitude lever and B-rose, finished in 619 satin nickel, sized to drop onto an existing Schlage L9010, L/LV9070, L/LV9080, L9090, L9091, L9092, L9093, L9094, L9095, or L9465 mortise lock body without disturbing the lock case in the door.
- Trim pack only — lever, rose, and outer escutcheon for an existing L9000 series mortise lock body (lock case sold separately or already in your door)
- Latitude lever (LA), B-rose — ADA-compliant curved lever design with a round rose escutcheon for a clean, low-profile look
- 619 Satin Nickel Plated, Clear Coated — matte silver family finish (BHMA US15 equivalent), warmer tone than 626 satin chrome
- Field reversible — same trim pack handles left-hand and right-hand doors; lever can be flipped on site without ordering a different SKU
This is a Schlage L9000 series part, designed for the same mortise lock body line that has run the spec on schools, hospitals, and high-traffic commercial buildings for decades. The L9000 line carries an ANSI/BHMA A156.13 Series 1000 Grade 1 rating, the spec for institutional mortise locks. Because this is the trim pack only, the grade rating belongs to the lock body in the door — this part keeps the existing rating intact when used as a like-for-like trim replacement on a Schlage L-series mortise lock. If you are upgrading from a different lever style or rose shape, confirm the existing lock body function code (L9010, L9070, etc.) is in the compatibility list above before ordering.

Pro-Installer FAQ
Q: My existing lock is an L9080 with the older A-rose. Can I drop this 09-454 trim onto it?
A: Mechanically yes, the trim pack works with L9080 lock bodies, and the Latitude lever / B-rose combination is the modern equivalent of the older A-rose trim. The look will change — the B-rose has a different diameter and profile than the A-rose. If you have multiple trim levers in the same building you want matching, swap all openings or stay with the existing rose style.
Q: Is the lever ADA-compliant?
A: Yes. The Latitude lever is a return-to-door curved lever, which meets ADA A117.1 requirements when installed on an L9000 series mortise lock body. The lock body itself must also be field-set within ADA opening force limits.
Q: Can I replace just the outside trim and leave the inside lever alone?
A: Schlage trim packs are sold as inside + outside lever sets. You can install just the outside lever from this kit and leave the inside in place if the inside trim is the same family and finish, but the cleanest install (and the one that keeps the warranty intact) is replacing both at the same time. If only one side is damaged, order the kit and keep the spare lever as field stock.

Warranty Information
Schlage (Allegion) Limited Warranty
Schlage, an Allegion brand, warrants its commercial mortise locks and associated trim packs sold in the United States to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service.
Coverage period for this product (Schlage L Series Trim Pack): three (3) years on mechanical components from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, when properly installed on a compatible Schlage L9000 series mortise lock body.
What is covered: defects in workmanship and materials in the lever, rose, escutcheon, and included mounting hardware under normal use and service. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the trim pack or component part that proves defective during the warranty period.
What is NOT covered: defects or damage arising from improper installation (including installation on a non-compatible lock body, missing or wrong-length mounting screws, or forcing a non-matching spindle), lack of or improper maintenance, modification of the lever or rose (drilling, machining, or finish stripping), abuse, vandalism, normal wear of the finish coating, exposure to corrosive environments beyond the product's rating, or use with non-Schlage replacement parts.
Conditions that void warranty: any modification made to the trim pack or its components, including drilling holes, removing factory-applied finish, or substituting non-Schlage components, voids the warranty regardless of whether the modification causes or contributes to the alleged defect. Field welding to any part of the trim pack voids the warranty.
Finish coverage: the 619 satin nickel plated, clear coated finish is covered for one (1) year against defects in the finish application from the date of delivery. Normal wear, scratches, and degradation from cleaning agents not approved by Schlage are excluded from finish coverage.
Cylinders and keying: this trim pack does not include a cylinder or any keying components. Cylinders are sold separately and are covered under the cylinder's own warranty terms. Use of non-Schlage cylinders or non-original-format keys may interfere with proper trim operation but is not covered by this warranty.
Implied warranties and damages: this warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including labor cost to remove and reinstall a defective trim pack. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Claim procedure: for warranty claims, contact Lock Depot at sales@lock-depot.com or 561-753-4660. Include your order number, the trim pack and component part in question, the install date, the lock body it was installed on, and a brief description of the defect. Lock Depot will coordinate the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf, including any required prior authorization, return shipping instructions, and inspection. Do not return the product directly to the manufacturer without Lock Depot's authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
