The Falcon T381PD-Q-626 is a Grade 1 cylindrical lever lock - the commercial workhorse Falcon builds for schools, healthcare, and institutional doors. A heavy-duty chassis and vandal-resistant trim stand up to abuse, and it installs on standard 2-3/4" backset cylindrical prep.

Exit Security function: a blank or fixed outside trim with a free inside lever - a controlled one-way exit opening.
