The Falcon T411PD-Q-622 is a Grade 1 cylindrical lever lock - the commercial workhorse Falcon builds for schools, healthcare, and institutional doors. A heavy-duty chassis and vandal-resistant trim stand up to abuse, and it installs on standard 2-3/4" backset cylindrical prep.

Asylum/Institution function: both levers are always fixed and a key is required on each side - maximum control for detention and high-security openings.
