The 4040XP is LCN's flagship heavy-duty surface closer, the extra-productive evolution of the 4041. It is built for the most demanding high-traffic openings, with a forged-steel main arm, full-complement bearings, and Fast-Powered adjustable spring sizes 1 through 6. This is a surface-mounted closer. Configured here as the LCN 4040XP with hold-open arm in Satin Brass. Adjustable closing and latch speeds let you tune the door to the opening, and the back-check protects the closer and frame from wind or abuse. LCN has been the door-closer of choice for North American commercial buildings for decades.

Warranty Information
LCN warrants its door closers and automatic operators against defects in material and workmanship for a period of TEN (10) YEARS from the date of manufacture, when the product is properly installed and maintained in accordance with LCN published instructions, and is used in normal service for its intended application. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, abuse, vandalism, fire, flood, or other casualty, or normal wear of finish and cover. LCN's obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at LCN's option, of any product determined by LCN to be defective. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied. LCN shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages.Product Videos
