Schlage ALX40-SAT-625 - ALX-Series Grade 2 Cylindrical Lever Lock
The Schlage ALX40-SAT-625 is an ALX-Series Grade 2 cylindrical lever set built for the steady traffic of offices, light commercial spaces, and multi-family buildings. The through-bolted chassis and wrought-rose design take daily abuse and install on standard 2-3/4" backset prep, so it drops straight into most existing door cutouts.
Privacy function: a push-button inside locks the outside lever for bath and bedroom doors; an emergency tool unlocks it from the hall, and turning the inside lever always releases the latch.
It carries the ANSI/BHMA A156.2 Grade 2 rating and works with Schlage C-keyway cylinders, so it keys into a building's existing Schlage system without a separate keying program.
