Hager BB1191 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" Full Mortise Standard Weight Ball Bearing Hinge
Hager BB1191 is a five-knuckle full-mortise ball bearing hinge with two ball bearings, built in brass / bronze / stainless base material for non-ferrous or corrosion-resistant commercial openings. Non-rising removable pin with button tip and plug. Satin chrome (US26D) plated finish. Sold each — order 3 hinges per door (4 for 7'-8' doors).
This is a standard weight hinge. Hager certifies it ANSI/BHMA A2112 at 0.134" gauge. For a heavy weight opening — a sagging door, high frequency, or a heavy leaf — use the BB1199 (A2111, 0.180" gauge, brass) or the BB1168 in steel.
