Hager BB1199 is a five-knuckle full-mortise heavy weight hinge with four concealed ball bearings, built for heavy doors and high-frequency commercial openings. This is the brass build — Hager certifies it ANSI/BHMA A2111 at 0.180" gauge, with a stainless steel pin. Non-rising removable pin with tip and plug. Satin chrome (US26D) plated over the brass base. Sold each — order 3 hinges per door (4 for 7'-8' doors).
Hager builds the BB1199 in two materials and the finish code tells you which one you have. US26D and US10B are the brass build (A2111); the stainless steel build is US32D (A5111). This SKU is 26D, so it is brass. If the opening needs solid stainless — exterior, coastal, or washdown — that is the US32D build and it is not this part.
