HPC KEP-5-95 — Fleet Security Key Vault

This is the key vault that fleet managers and locksmiths use to secure a spare key inside a vehicle. You mount it flush under the hood or in the body wall, and the key is there when you need it — without the risk of a magnetic hide-a-key falling off on the highway or getting found by the wrong person.

The vault locks with a high-security 7-pin tubular lock. That's the same type of lock you see on vending machines and commercial equipment — not something you're going to pick open with a ballpoint pen. The body is made from Delrin AF, a thermoplastic that resists weather, corrosion, and road salt. This thing lives under a hood year-round and it needs to survive that.

Dimensions: 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" face with a 3-1/8" depth. Small enough to tuck into a fender well, behind a bumper bracket, or anywhere you've got a few square inches of flat mounting surface. Popular with locksmiths who service commercial fleets, delivery companies, and rental car operations.
