The Schlage L9026P-06L-630 is the L Series Exit Lock with Cylinder (Grade 1) in Satin Stainless Steel (US32D), built on the mortise case that has been the benchmark for commercial door hardware for decades. Key cylinder only outside, no lever (or knob) outside; lever only inside; latchbolt and deadlocking auxiliary latch. Exit and communicating doors that must stay free for egress from inside but allow keyed re-entry from outside with no operable outside lever — for example a stairwell re-entry or a one-way pass door where only a key gets you back in.
How This Function Operates
Outside: Key cylinder only — no outside lever. Key outside retracts the latchbolt to gain entry; there is no outside lever to operate.
Inside: Latchbolt is retracted by the inside lever. Inside lever always free for immediate egress.
Key: Key outside retracts the latchbolt. Available in rose or L escutcheon trim only; specify door handing.
