Product Description
HPC AW-38 — Ultimate Auto Wedge, 3/8
The Ultimate Auto Wedges are designed for smooth, safe insertion and will not fall into door cavities. The special angled tips allow for easier insertion and the sure-stop edges stop you from pushing these wedges in too far. These wedges feature a special tapered body that prevents them from popping out, and the special "illumination hole" holds your probe light in place at any angle. _Available in two popular sizes, 3/4-inch (19mm) and 3/8-inch (9.5mm) maximum thickness. An HPC wedge for opening a gap at the door without prying the metal. On a lockout — vehicle or building — the hard part isn't the lock, it's making room to get a reach tool inside without leaving a mark the customer will notice. Slide the wedge into the seam, spread an even gap, run your tool, and back it out clean. A wedge is gentler on the door than a pry bar and far less likely to leave damage — which is exactly what keeps a lockout call from turning into a callback.
