HPC CW-23RM — Cutter Wheel, Replacement for 9120
The HPC CW-23RM is a standard replacement cutter for the HPC 9120 Mini Speedex. It is standard-grade W1 tool steel and is the standard replacement cutter for 9120 Series machines.
The cutter decides what the key looks like: the cut angle, the flat at the bottom of each cut, and a clean edge with no burr. A dull or wrong-profile cutter gives you keys that bind or will not turn. Match the cutter to the key system and to your machine, and swap it when cuts start coming out rough.
