HPC CW-20FM — Cutter Wheel, Sargent, Welch Large Pin
The HPC CW-20FM is a double-angle, flat-mill-tooth cutter for Sargent and Welch large pin keys. It is a 76-degree, double-angle, flat mill tooth cutter made for Sargent and Welch large pin locks.
The cutter decides what the key looks like: the cut angle, the flat at the bottom of each cut, and a clean edge with no burr. A dull or wrong-profile cutter gives you keys that bind or will not turn. Match the cutter to the key system and to your machine, and swap it when cuts start coming out rough.
